Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Alpha AI Product Building For Young Innovators (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information about you when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, create an account, enrol in a programme, or interact with our communications.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide to us directly, information that is generated automatically when you use our services, and information from limited third-party providers required to deliver those services.

  • Identity and contact details — name, email address, phone number, and any extra fields submitted through enquiry, sign-up, or profile forms.
  • Account information — username, hashed password, profile photo, and account preferences.
  • Programme information — the courses, batches, or programmes you express interest in or enrol in.
  • Payment information — processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We receive transaction identifiers and status; we do not store full card details on our servers.
  • Usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referrer, and time stamps.
  • Communications — emails or messages you send us, and our replies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to enquiries and provide the courses or services you request.
  • To create and manage your account, including authentication and password recovery.
  • To process payments, send invoices and receipts, and confirm enrolments.
  • To send course-related notifications, session reminders, and important account updates.
  • To improve our website, content, and learner experience.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and to enforce our Terms of Services.
  • To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal Bases For Processing

We rely on one or more of the following legal bases when processing your personal information: your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the academy, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing And Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only where necessary, including with:

  • Service providers — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing (Razorpay) under appropriate confidentiality terms.
  • Course mentors and partner organisations — only the data needed to deliver the programme you have enrolled in.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, and safety.
  • Successors — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

5. Cookies And Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand site usage. For details, see our Cookies Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead and enquiry data is generally retained for the duration of an active commercial relationship plus a reasonable archival window. Account and transaction records are retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration, and destruction. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or request portability. To exercise any of these rights, email corporate@alphaai.biz. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

9. Children’s Privacy

Some of our programmes are designed for school and college students. Where a learner is a minor, we expect a parent or legal guardian to provide consent and complete enrolment. We do not knowingly collect data from children outside the context of an authorised parental enrolment.

10. International Transfers

Where your information is transferred to or processed in a country other than your own, we take appropriate steps to ensure that it continues to receive a level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.

11. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email where appropriate.

Terms

Terms of Services

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Services (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alpha AI Product Building For Young Innovators website, programmes, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, enrolling in a programme, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and accept these Terms on your own behalf. Learners below 18 may participate only with the consent and account oversight of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

2. Accounts

  • You agree to provide accurate and current information during sign-up and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are inactive for extended periods, or are used in breach of these Terms.

3. Programmes And Enrolment

Programme availability, batch dates, session schedules, capacity, and pricing tiers are listed on the relevant programme pages and your dashboard. Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment and the issuance of an enrolment confirmation. Batch sizes are limited and seats are allocated on a first-confirmed-first-served basis.

4. Payments

  • All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also accept Razorpay’s applicable terms.
  • Receipts and invoices are issued by email after a successful payment.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility and the procedure for requesting a refund are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, scan, or disrupt our infrastructure.
  • Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly post programme materials without written permission.
  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, brand assets, software, and documentation provided through the Services remain the property of Alpha AI Product Building For Young Innovators or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials solely for your own learning during the period of your enrolment.

8. User Submissions

If you submit projects, code, designs, or other content as part of a programme, you retain ownership of your work. You grant us a limited licence to host, review, mentor, and reference such submissions for the purposes of delivering the programme and showcasing learner outcomes (with reasonable attribution and only where applicable).

9. Mentor And Session Conduct

Live sessions, recorded materials, and mentor interactions are intended for the enrolled learner only. Recording, broadcasting, or sharing session content with non-enrolled persons is not permitted without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work hard to deliver high-quality programmes, we do not guarantee specific career, business, or financial outcomes. Project-based learning depends substantially on learner effort and participation.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha AI Product Building For Young Innovators and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant programme in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding fees, or use the Services in a way that places us, our partners, or other learners at risk.

13. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered address of the academy.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refunds

Refund Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for paid programmes at Alpha AI Product Building For Young Innovators, how to request one, and the timelines you can expect. This policy forms part of our Terms of Services.

1. Refund Window

  • You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of payment, provided fewer than two live sessions of your enrolled batch have been delivered at the time of the request.
  • After seven days, or after two live sessions have been delivered (whichever is earlier), refunds will be considered on a pro-rata basis at our reasonable discretion.
  • For batches that have not yet started, you can also choose to transfer your enrolment to the next available batch instead of taking a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-on-one mentoring hours that have already been consumed.
  • Downloadable resources, kits, or third-party content already delivered to you.
  • Promotional or discounted enrolments where the offer terms specifically state that the booking is non-refundable.
  • Payment gateway charges, where they are not recoverable from Razorpay.

3. How To Request A Refund

Email corporate@alphaai.biz from the email address registered with your account, including:

  • Your full name and the registered email.
  • The programme and batch you are enrolled in.
  • The transaction or invoice number from your receipt.
  • A short reason for the refund request.

4. Review And Approval

We acknowledge refund requests within two business days. We may ask follow-up questions to verify the request or to understand the reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within seven to ten business days. The exact time the funds appear in your account depends on Razorpay and your card issuer or bank.

6. Failed Or Duplicate Payments

If a payment was deducted from your account but you did not receive an enrolment confirmation, or if you were charged twice for the same enrolment, contact us with your transaction details. Such cases are handled as priority and refunded in full.

7. Cancellation By Us

If we cancel a batch or are unable to deliver an enrolled programme for reasons attributable to us, you may choose between (a) transferring to the next available batch or (b) a full refund of the amount paid for that programme.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a payment, please reach out to us first — we want to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay the resolution and may result in suspension of your account during the dispute.

9. Contact

All refund-related queries should be directed to corporate@alphaai.biz.
