Scoping, feasibility, tech stack, AI tool selection, prototype development, and presentation — in that order.
Idea scoping and validation
Sharpen your idea with your mentor. Define the problem, identify the user, and agree a realistic scope. Most ideas get significantly better in this first week.
Planning and tooling up
Map the build plan and choose your AI tools. Your mentor challenges your assumptions before you start building.
Build sprint one: core feature
Build the core of your project. Prompt, iterate, test, break things, fix them, with a mid-sprint check-in if you get stuck.
Build sprint two: refinement
Add depth, polish the experience, and stress-test against real feedback. Peer reviews happen this week.
Documentation and case study
Write up your project story: what you built, why, how you used AI, and what you would do differently.
Demo Day
Present your project in a five-minute live demo to the group, mentors, and guests.
